  • That depends on the product and process.

  • Our standard lead time for an item in regular production is 3 weeks.

  • Many of our customers pick up from us in quantities ranging from single pallet to full truckload. Some arrange LTL deliveries. We also partner with DOT Foods as the best option to make your item available through your own distributor, wherever they are, at a uniform nationwide price.

  • Bring us as much or as little information as you have. Our chefs are skilled in matching products! We should be able to replicate most products that fit our capabilities if you have an ingredient statement, a nutrition facts panel and a product sample to match taste. In addition, we partner with world class suppliers who support us with application specialists, flavorists and food scientists.

  • Sometimes, but it will never be a surprise. Commercialization of home recipes or restaurant processes can’t always mimic the original step-by-step. Any necessary or recommended changes will be identified early in the development process, and you will always have the final approval. Our goal is to produce food you are proud to call your own.
